Nate graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, California. In 2003, Nate achieved a significant personal goal by obtaining his Professional Mechanical Engineering license (CA). In 2008, Nate also became a Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH). These combined highly respected credentials along with various other certifications in the fields of asbestos, lead paint, and hazardous materials management make Mr. Seward a uniquely qualified professional in the environmental consulting industry. Nate has performed thousands of environmental investigations and is also a federal EPA-Approved instructor and has certified over 5,300 students throughout the western US under the RRP Lead program (40 CFR; Part 745). Mr. Seward has also been an expert witness on over 20 mold/IAQ related cases.
