 Lake Tahoe's premier lead paint testing company provides years of experience to identify the extent and presence of lead paint.  Federal EPA requires anyone disturbing painted surfaces on pre-1978 housing to be RRP Certified (Renovation, Repair and  Painting Rule; 40 CFR; part 745). 

Lead testing is recommended when a building material is going to be disturbed or demolished. ​
